SLH Consult are currently partnering our client a national house builder who are looking to appoint a multi-trader/technician to work on a new build housing site within West Midlands/Warwickshire
The ideal candidate would of ideally evolved from a carpentry background and must have previously worked as a multi-trader within the new build residential sector on new build housing sites, possess relevant tools, have a high level of customer service, and be able to complete works to a high standard, coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as be able to manage their own day to ensure snag lists and job lists are complete.
Duties will consist of minor works including patching, painting, tiling mastic and carpentry works, door easing, hanging aligning of kitchen units/cupboards etc..as well as undertaking general remedial works, relevant CSCS card ideally blue is required for this role.
This will be an ideal assignment for a seasoned contractor looking for an assignment until Christmas and possibly beyond.
