Multi-Trader - Uxbridge - Join a Leading Team
A leading provider of building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements to some of the UK's largest properties, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Multi-Trader to join their team in Uxbridge. Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from our client.
Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and within deadlines.
Conduct thorough property inspections to identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
Collaborate effectively with other members of the maintenance team and external contractors as needed.Requirements:
Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
Proven experience carrying out all aspects of housing maintenance to a high standard.Benefits:
Competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum.
Annual bonus of £3600 after 12 months of continuous employment.
23 days annual leave + bank holidays (increases to a maximum of 5 additional days after 1 year of service).
