Multi- Trades
On-going long-term work in and around Staffordshire
Mon – Fri 08.00 – 16.30
£20 - £25 per hour DOE & Trades
We are seeking skilled and reliable Multi-Trades Professionals to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple trades and be capable of carrying out a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks on residential and/or commercial properties.
Perform general repairs and maintenance work across various trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, tiling, basic electrics)
Conduct routine inspections and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and within deadlines
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Skills & Experience Required
Own vehicle & tools
Valid CSCS Card is essential
Proven experience in a multi-trade role, ideally with certifications or qualifications in one or more core trades
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Full UK driving licence (if required for the role)
Previous experience in social housing, property maintenance, or facilities management
