Job Description
Job Title: Multi Trader - Social Housing (Van & Fuel Card Provided)
Location: Swindon, Oxford & Reading
Rate: £18.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting experienced Multi Trades operatives for a busy social housing repairs and maintenance contract with Home Group. These roles are based across Swindon, Oxford, and Reading, with multiple positions available.
Key Information:
Position: Multi Trades
Rate: £18.00 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Start: ASAP
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Perks: Van and fuel card provided
Duties Include:
Day-to-day repairs and maintenance across tenanted and void social housing properties
Responsive and planned maintenance works
General multi-trade duties (e.g., basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, carpentry, etc.)
Requirements:
Previous experience working in social housing is highly desirable
Full UK driving licence
Own basic hand tools
