Job Title: Multi Trade Operative
Location: Tamworth & Birmingham
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour + Van & Fuel Card
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temporary - Ongoing (covering throughout winter)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Multi Trade Operatives to carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within social housing properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a broad range of trade skills looking for long-term, ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties
Carpentry works
Patch plastering
Basic plumbing
Damp and mould treatment
Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence
Blue or Gold CSCS Card (essential)
Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance
Benefits:
£20.00 per hour
Van and fuel card provided
Ongoing work throughout the winter period
