Multi Trader - London
Location: London (Various Sites)
Salary: £22-£24 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a variety of general building maintenance and repair tasks
Perform works including (but not limited to): carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, plastering, tiling, and basic electrical tasks
Diagnose and fix issues on-site efficiently and professionally
Work independently or as part of a team across multiple sites
Ensure all work is completed to health & safety standardsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role
NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications (preferred but not essential)
Strong knowledge across multiple trades
Own tools and transport (preferred)
CSCS card
Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
