Multilingual Customer Service - Rugby
£14.05 p/h £29,219 pa 40 hrs/week
Shift-based Office-based (Hybrid after 8 weeks)
We're hiring local candidates in Rugby for a long-term customer service role supporting European truck drivers.
You must:
Speak English, French + Spanish or Italian (3 languages)
Live locally - office-based for the first 8 weeks
Pass a language test (fluency in English, French PLUS either Spanish or Italian is essential)The Role:
Take calls from drivers needing recovery in Europe
Liaise with garages, book hotels, update CRM
Shifts between 6am-midnight on a planned rota.
