Multskilled Maintenance Engineer (DAYS ONLY, MONDAY - FRIDAY!)
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £45,000 + Overtime Opportunities
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (40 hours/week)
Overtime: 1.5× weekdays and Saturdays, 2× Sundays
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Maintain and repair a range of CNC machinery, manual machines, and production equipment in the workshop.
* Perform reactive and preventive maintenance to maximise equipment uptime.
* Contribute to maintenance activities across the wider business, including site facilities.
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce downtime, and enhance equipment reliability.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
* Support training and mentoring of junior or new maintenance staff as the team grows.
Requirements:
* Time-served experience or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* Hands-on experience maintaining, repairing and servicing CNC machinery.
* Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
