Job Title: Multiskilled Operative Location: Birmingham, Park Central Contract Details: Temporary Ongoing Salary: £13.45 per hour Monday - Friday Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 or 10:00 - 18:00. With a commitment to excellence, they are looking for a Multiskilled Operative who is eager to make a difference and grow alongside the team. Responsibilities: As a Multiskilled Operative, you will: Undertake all mail, courier, and stationery tasks Manage records and provide reprographics services Prepare mail and files for digital scanning Scan hard copy mail/files into PDF format using high-speed scanners Quality check scanned copies against physical items Receive and book inbound/outbound couriers Ensure timely completion of work to the highest standards Support colleagues and work as a team to achieve outstanding results Take on additional duties as requested by management Develop positive relationships with customers and exceed their expectationsEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Attention to detail is paramount Strong manual handling skills Excellent organisational abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Good communication skillsDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Previous experience in a similar role Able to multi task!
