Flow Controller – Automation Support
Coalville, Leicestershire
Up to £32,000 (shifts)

Join a global leader in automation at an exciting brand-new, high-tech site. As a Flow Controller, you will keep products moving by resolving system jams, cleaning equipment, and supporting the maintenance team – no tools or formal engineering qualifications required.
What You’ll Do:
* Monitor product flow in an automated warehouse
* Clear jams and minor issues (tool-free)
* Assist with cleaning, inspections, and general support
* Follow health & safety and hygiene standards
* Help coordinate spare parts and warranty handling
What You’ll Bring:
* Enthusiasm and a team focused approach
* Engineering related qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
* Comfortable working at height (up to 18m) and in chilled environment (2–4°C)
* Able to commit to Panama Shift Pattern (12-hr shifts, incl. days/nights/weekends)
* Physically fit, safety-aware, and detail-focused
* Basic computer literacy
* Flexible, positive attitude – full training provided
