This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to diagnose complex faults, deliver permanent engineering solutions, and make a real impact on site performance. While we're ideally looking for someone with strong mechanical skills, you'll also be comfortable supporting electrical fault finding and repairs when required.

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across production lines and plant equipment.
Responding to breakdowns and restoring equipment safely and efficiently.
Identifying root causes and implementing long-term engineering solutions.
Maintaining site assets to ensure reliability and performance targets are met.
Recording maintenance activities using SAP (training provided).
Supporting engineering standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Managing spare parts usage and maintaining accurate records.
Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime and maximise output.
Supporting shift cover and overtime requirements when needed.
What We're Looking For
Strong maintenance engineering experience with a mechanical bias.
Fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical and basic electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
A practical approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible, adaptable and keen to learn.
An engineering qualification would be advantageous.
