Multiskilled Technician
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £32,000 to £35,000
Overtime available
An opportunity has opened for a Multiskilled Technician to join an Engineering company based in Ipswich. The ideal candidate will have a mixture of Electrical and Mechanical skills and will have experience repairing, and re-fitting motors, pumps and fan systems.
The role is primarily onsite in Ipswich with occasional travel to customer sites for emergency breakdowns.
Multiskilled Technician Key Skills:
* Mechanical and Electrical background
* Experience of repairs, fitting and re-build of electromechanical products
* Experience working on pumps, motors or fans
* Any assembly and build experience a bonus
* Full UK Driving License
* Fault finding and diagnostics experience
Multiskilled Technician Responsibilities:
* Assisting the engineering team, repairing any fault products
* Providing troubleshooting, fault finding and diagnostics
* Providing any fitting required and refits
* Attending emergency breakdowns calls at customer sites
* Documenting any changes made
