Bodyshop Multiskilled Technician – Oldbury
Up to £45,000 per year + Overtime + Group Bonus
42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

My client is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Bodyshop Multiskilled Technician to join their team in Oldbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable, long-term career with a trusted name in accident repair, offering ongoing training and genuine progression opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
Completing full paint processes including prep, masking, colour mixing, spraying, and finishing
Performing light MET and panel repairs, including stripping and refitting components
Diagnosing damage accurately and planning effective, high-quality repairs
What they are looking for:
Solid experience across Paint, Panel, and MET within the accident repair sector
ATA qualification desired but not essential
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high standards
