Location: Birmingham / Midlands
Salary: £34,000

Think Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to carry out refurbishment and maintenance works for a contractor who deliver maintenance works to Social Housing properties across the Midlands.
Details:
Contract: Permanent PAYE
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £34,000 P/A
Benefits: Company Van, Fuel Card, Holiday Allowance and Pension
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:
Experience working on Social Housing refurbishment projects previously
Skilled in Carpentry, Plumbing, Patch Plastering, Painting and general building maintenance.
Full UK Driving License
