As an Early Career Teacher, you will benefit from a carefully structured induction programme designed to support your transition into independent education. The programme includes reduced teaching hours, weekly mentorship sessions, peer observation opportunities, and direct access to departmental and pastoral leads who are committed to your growth.
You will teach Music across Key Stages 3 to 5, and will be actively encouraged to contribute to extra-curricular music, ensembles, choirs, or instrumental coaching according to your specialisms.
