A forward-thinking and inclusive school in Oxford is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Music ECT to join their high-achieving Expressive Arts Faculty from September 2025. Music ECT required from September 2025
KS3–KS4 (with the opportunity to support A-Level)
Strong focus on music technology, composition, and performance
The Role
You will teach classroom music across KS3 and KS4 and support extra-curricular ensembles, performances, and school productions. The department offers a diverse curriculum that includes classical, jazz, pop, and global music. You’ll be supported by a full-time music technician and experienced Head of Department.
Ideal Candidate

Music degree and QTS or PGCE (by July 2025)
*
Proficiency in at least one instrument
*
Ability to inspire students across all musical backgrounds
*
Passionate about extra-curricular and ensemble work
