Location: Stockport
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Until July 2026 (with potential to become permanent)
Pay Rate: £150-£200 per day (depending on experience)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Music Teacher to join a vibrant and well-resourced secondary school in Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and engage students in the world of music, creativity, and performance.
The Role:
Teach Music across KS3 and KS4, including GCSE level.
Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that inspire a love for music.
Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to help them achieve their full potential.
Contribute to the school's extra-curricular music programme, performances, and events.
Requirements:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Music in a secondary school setting (KS3-KS4 essential).
Strong knowledge of the GCSE Music curriculum.
A genuine passion for education and inspiring young musicians.
