Teaching personnel is seeking a passionate and adaptable Music Teacher to join our team of supply educators working across secondary schools in the Middlesbrough area. This is an exciting oppourtunitiy to join an 11-16 secondary school in the Middlesbrough area who are recruiting for a Music teacher from September 25 - October half-term intially.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that support student progress
Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
Mark and assess work in line with school policies
Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and teaching needs
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Music specialism or strong subject knowledge
Recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered with the Update Service (or willing to apply)
