Your Role
*
Teach Music across KS3 and KS4 with scope to lead A-Level lessons if interested.
*
Develop students’ musical skills in theory, composition, performance, and technology (Logic, DAWs, recording).
*
Lead ensembles, bands, choirs, school productions, and solo performance opportunities.
*
Organise concerts, festivals, and music trips—locally and nationally.
*
Work collaboratively on cross-faculty creative projects, integrating music with drama, dance, and visual media.
Candidate Qualities
*
Music degree or equivalent, plus QTS.
*
Skilled musician (one or more instruments) and confident in ensemble leadership.
*
Strong grounding in music technology and sound production.
*
Enthusiastic about nurturing creativity and performance in students.
