Key Responsibilities
*
Deliver Music curriculum across KS3 & KS4, with optional KS5 academic & composition teaching
*
Lead school ensembles—style diversity welcomed, from classical to contemporary and world genres
*
Incorporate technology—DAWs, MIDI production, recording, live sound—into classroom and youth bands
*
Organise concerts, festivals, community music events, and performances with schools and venues
Candidate Profile
*
Music graduate with QTS, capable musician, and strong ensemble direction experience
*
Technologically versed, comfortable with digital production techniques
*
Dedicated to fostering inclusion, student-led ensembles, and collaborative learning
Department and Culture
*
Access to multiple rehearsal rooms, music tech suites, Mac labs, and a small performance venue
*
