We are looking for a Music Teacher to work within a creative and inclusive secondary school based in Bristol.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Music Teacher to join a forward-thinking and well-supported school in Bristol from September 2025. The role is full-time and permanent, teaching Music across KS3 and KS4 with the opportunity to contribute to KS5 performance classes and music production depending on experience.
The Music department is one of the most vibrant in the school and enjoys high levels of student participation. Facilities include sound-proofed rehearsal rooms, music technology suites, digital composition tools, and a well-equipped performance hall. The school has a strong tradition of choral, instrumental, and ensemble music-making and encourages students of all backgrounds to get involved.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic and dedicated Music Teacher who is enthusiastic about fostering creativity, technical skill, and musical appreciation. You’ll also contribute to extracurricular activities such as orchestra, choir, rock bands, and music theatre productions.
Experience and Qualifications
• Music Teacher with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
• Degree in Music or related field (performance, composition, production)
• Experience teaching KS3–KS4; KS5 desirable
• Multi-instrumental ability preferred
• Enthusiastic about music technology and inclusive music-making
• Right to work in the UK
