Are you a driven recruiter with a passion for delivering outstanding service and results? My client is a national, established employment agency. This role will be based in their Brentwood office.
They are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to focus on temporary placements across the catering, industrial, and cleaning sectors.
This is a unique opportunity to tap into a ready-made stream of roles listed via a "self-bill" portal—jobs that are available but currently underserved in areas of the uk without local branch coverage. You’ll work remotely (from the office in Brentwood) to fill roles in these regions, building relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Sourcing and placing temporary workers into pre-listed roles through a self-service platform.
*
Developing strong, service-led relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
*
Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
*
Growing your own client base in key regions with high potential
*
Supporting wider agency growth with the potential to build and lead your own team as the project scales.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in recruitment (temporary staffing experience preferred).

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Proactive, organised, and target-driven with a collaborative mindset.

Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
