National Account Manager - FMCG / E-Commerce Retail
Circa £60K base salary, plus car allowance, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
Based in Buckinghamshire, with 4 days in the office per week.We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join a fast-growing FMCG business, managing a portfolio of major retailer / e-commerce accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead commercial growth, maximise account performance, and develop long term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the lead National Account Manager for your assigned accounts, delivering on revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Build strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across e-commerce and retail channels.
Analyse market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and manage risks.
Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to execute promotional activity, ensuring brand visibility and performance.
Coach and manage a direct report, providing guidance to ensure objectives are met and teams perform at their best.What We're Looking For:
Proven track record as a National Account Manager, ideally managing large scale e-commerce or high street accounts in FMCG
Strong commercial acumen, with experience delivering profitable growth and executing strategic account plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels.
Data driven approach, using sales insight and market intelligence to inform decision-making.
Organised, proactive, and target-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
