National Account Manager - Foodservice Sales

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Generous Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission
Location: National role

Are you an experienced Foodservice Sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business and building strong relationships across the hospitality and catering sector?

We are recruiting for a National Account Manager to join a leading wholesale food supplier with an outstanding reputation for quality, service, and customer partnerships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and successful sales professional to take ownership of a 100% new business role, targeting and developing relationships with a wide range of customers including:

Hospitality venues
Care homes
Independent caterers
Schools, colleges, and universities
Event caterers
Contract catering organisations

The Role

As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across the UK. You will work closely with chefs, procurement teams, and catering decision-makers to understand customer needs and deliver tailored foodservice solutions.

This is a highly autonomous role suited to a proactive sales professional who thrives on winning new accounts, building long-term relationships, and achieving ambitious growth targets.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have:

Proven experience in foodservice sales with a successful track record of winning new business
Strong knowledge and experience selling fresh food supply, including meat, fish, and fresh produce
Experience working closely with chefs and catering professionals
A strong understanding of the hospitality, education, healthcare, and contract catering markets
A consultative sales approach with excellent relationship-building skills
The drive, resilience, and ambition to succeed in a 100% new business environment

The Package

Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience
