The Role
As a Development Officer, you will play a key role in building partnerships, supporting regional teams, and empowering communities to deliver impactful programs. You will work closely with local teams, stakeholders, and funders to identify opportunities, secure resources, and ensure the sustainability of our activities. Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners.
* Design and support the implementation of community-based programs that address local needs.

* Identify funding opportunities and support teams with grant applications and fundraising strategies.
* Monitor and report on the impact of programs and activities.

Skills and Experience:
* Experience in community development, program management, or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of capacity building and community engagement principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
