National Sales Manager
Field Based / Remote (UK) - Ideal candidate will live around Yorkshire / Humber area, due to the clients they will serve.
£60,000 + Car + £10k OTE Bonus
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead a team of three Business Development Managers across the UK. This is a pivotal role with responsibility for delivering £20 million in sales and service contracts, driving growth through a value proposition sales approach rather than competing on price.
The Role
* Lead, coach and develop a high performing national sales team.
* Drive a value-led sales strategy aligned to business objectives.
* Build and maintain senior customer relationships, focusing on long-term growth.
* Oversee major negotiations, ensuring profitable outcomes and sustainable partnerships.
The Candidate
* Proven experience in sales leadership (5+ years), ideally in field-based national roles.
* Strong track record in business development and account management.
* Skilled in value proposition-based selling / able to win on quality and service, not price.
