National Remitt - 9 Offices Regular national travel to branch offices (approx. 40–60% of time).

We have a very exciting opportunity for a NATIONAL SALES OFFICE MANAGER working for a dynamic and growing organisation at the Head of the Internal Sales Operation. Operating in the Electrical Distribution Sector, this is an electrifying opportunity for the right candidate to really develop their career.
Purpose
The National Sales Office Manager oversees the performance and strategic direction of regional sales offices across the country. Each office is led by an Office Manager with a supporting team of Inside Sales Executives and Customer Satisfaction Administrators. The role is responsible for achieving national sales targets, standardising branch operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving profitable growth within the cables industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & People Management
* Lead, motivate, and develop Office Managers and their teams to achieve sales excellence.
* Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to improve branch performance and staff capabilities.
* Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes accountability, customer service, and professional growth.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
* Develop and execute a national sales plan aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
* Establish sales targets for each office and monitor progress through KPIs and regular performance reviews.
* Support regional teams in securing key accounts, tenders, and high-value contracts.
Operational & Commercial Performance
* Standardise sales processes, pricing structures, and reporting across all offices.
* Monitor quotation accuracy, order turnaround time, and sales office efficiency.
* Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal product availability.
Customer Relationship Management
* Ensure superior customer service delivery through effective sales support and communication practices.
* Implement national customer engagement and feedback mechanisms.
Build strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners
Key Relationships

Person Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* Demonstrable sales management experience, with at least 5 years in multi-site leadership role, within the cables, electrical, or industrial products sector.
* Demonstrable success in driving growth across multiple regional teams and markets.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Strategic planning and analytical capability.
* Deep understanding of B2B and distribution sales models.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* High proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
* Results-driven, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
