Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Naval Systems Engineer to join a fast-paced UK Naval Integration Team, supporting the functional and physical integration of weapon systems onto naval platforms.
This role will involve close collaboration with the UK Customer, MOD teams, multiple industrial partners, and the wider programme team.
Key Responsibilities:

Support design, integration, and delivery activities for naval weapon systems
*
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including MOD and industrial partners
*
Contribute to functional and physical integration of complex systems onto naval platforms
The ideal candidate would have:
*
Experience in Use Case analysis to understand customer needs
*
Ability to perform system trade studies to inform design decisions
*
Experience in system architecture design and modelling
*
Strong requirements analysis, specification, and justification skills
The ideal candidate must have:
*
Systems engineering experience within complex defence or naval programmes
*
Knowledge of weapon system integration and naval platform operations
*
Ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
