Job Description
Volantes Technical Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading aviation MRO organisation in their search for an experienced NDT Level 2 Technician to join their growing team in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities
*
Carry out NDT inspections in line with EN4179 and/or NAS-410 procedures and codes
*
Interpret, evaluate, and accurately document inspection results
*
Prepare reports and maintain up-to-date inspection records
*
Control, monitor, and ensure calibration and maintenance of NDT equipment
*
Maintain strict adherence to safety standards at all times
*
Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
*
Contribute to the growth of the NDT department through evaluation, design, and implementation of new initiatives
*
Provide guidance and supervision to trainees and Level 1 personnel as required
Qualifications & Experience
*
Certified Level 2 in at least Penetrant Testing (PT) & Eddy Current Testing (ET)
*
Minimum 3 years’ experience in NDT inspections
*
Certification to EN4179 and/or NAS-410 standards
*
Strong knowledge of aviation industry standards, procedures, and regulations
*
Familiarity with OEM Manuals (e.g. ESM, AMM, SPM, NDTM)
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills
*
Experience within an EASA Part145 MRO (D1 rating capability)
*
University degree or completed apprenticeship
*
Additional certifications (e.g. Aviation Maintenance Licence)
