Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure the standard and quality of construction for Zone A within a flood defence scheme.
Establish and maintain standards and culture with the Contractor in preparation for the upcoming works
Work closely with the client's existing NEC4 ECC Supervisor team, particularly focusing on sheet piling, retaining walls, and foot and cycle ways
Provide support to the Zone E ECC Supervisors when necessary
Monitor compliance with NEC4 contract conditions and health and safety requirements
Prepare and review progress reports and ensure documentation is maintained accurately
Attend site meetings and liaise with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery
Job Requirements:
Experience with NEC contract management, preferably NEC4
Understanding of highway and flood defence project requirements
Experience in supervision of civil engineering projects, especially in similar environments
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
NEC Supervisor accreditation or equivalent experience is preferred
