Neighbourhood Manager – Part Time Contract (17.5 hours per week)

About the Role
The Neighbourhood Manager will oversee a customer patch of approximately 350 residents, ensuring estate standards are maintained, addressing tenancy issues, and fostering strong community relationships. The role is initially for four weeks, with a flexible schedule of 17.5 hours per week, ideally excluding Fridays. You will carry out estate inspections, respond to tenancy concerns, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to provide a high standard of housing management.
Candidate Responsibilities
Manage a community of around 350 residents, maintaining estate standards.
Conduct estate and property inspections regularly.
Manage tenancy issues including safeguarding, anti-social behaviour, noise complaints, and neighbour disputes.
Build positive relationships with residents, offering tailored support where needed.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver excellent housing services.
Complete home visits and handle safeguarding cases.
Address safety and maintenance issues proactively.Required Skills
Previous experience in housing or neighbourhood management.
Knowledge of tenancy management, estate issues, and safeguarding procedures.
Strong communication skills, capable of working with residents with complex needs.
Problem-solving abilities and IT literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Must hold a Standard DBS check or be willing to obtain one.Benefits
