Key Responsibilities of a Neighbourhood Officer:
Manage all aspects of tenancy management, including sign-ups, tenancy inspections, and dealing with anti-social behaviour (ASB).
Take prompt and effective action in cases of ASB, collaborating with residents, the police, and partner agencies.
Conduct regular estate inspections and home visits, maintaining high standards and building positive relationships with tenants.
Support data quality and compliance, ensuring that all customer systems are up to date and meet regulatory and safeguarding standards.
What We'd Love to See from You:
Experience in housing management, particularly with handling ASB and tenancy enforcement.
Strong knowledge of housing legislation, policies, and good practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
The ability to manage a busy, varied caseload with a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach.
