Neighbourhood Officer - Oxford
Location: Oxford
Contract: Until March 2026
Pay Rate: £23.35 per hour
We're currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer to join a dynamic team in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about community engagement and tenancy management, with a strong focus on collaborative working and service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting customer visits including sign-ups and welfare checks
Investigating anti-social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy breaches
Managing estates to ensure safe and welcoming environments
Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to support service development and resolve complex casesWhat We're Looking For:
