We are seeking a talented .NET Developer to join a well-established product team delivering innovative workforce management solutions. The Role
Deliver full stack solutions using C#, .NET Core, MVC, Blazor, and microservices-driven APIs.
Work with SQL/SQL Server
Containerisation (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in collaborative code reviews and technical discussions, focused on your problem-solving process rather than flawless code.
Improve and modernise a mature, 20-year-old codebase while ensuring stability and quality.
Use AI tools to enhance performance-actively supported by the business.About You
Strong experience as a .NET Developer with excellent foundations in C# and .NET Core.
Proficient in SQL/SQL Server and API development, with exposure to microservices.
Comfortable working with containerisation (Docker) and cloud environments - AWS
Experience in unit testing and CI/CD workflows.
Bonus: knowledge of Xamarin or .NET MAUI for mobile development.
A collaborative and approachable team player who enjoys working full stack.Team & Culture
