We're building something entirely new and we want you to be one of the very first through the door.

We're creating a brand-new, high-performing development team supported by an experienced Lead Developer. As one of the first hires, you'll play an influential role in shaping the architecture, technical direction, and culture of the team.

Location: North of Newcastle (2 days on-site, free parking)

What You'll Be Working On

You'll help build a modern, cloud‑first application from the ground up, leveraging the latest Microsoft and open-source technologies. Expect to work with:

MS .NET (latest versions)
React for a clean, dynamic front-end
Microservices architecture
Azure cloud services
Modern DevOps tooling & CI/CD
Unit TestingThis is a role for someone who loves technology, thrives on innovation, and wants to see their work make a real-world impact.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to tick every box - passion and aptitude matter most. But ideally, you'll bring:

Solid experience in .NET development
Knowledge of React or another modern JavaScript framework
Familiarity with Azure and cloud-native development
Understanding of microservices, APIs, and modern architectural patterns
Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a desire to work with the latest tech
