Job Description
Are you experienced in designing integrated networks for multi‑vendor customer environments?
Are you confident producing both High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) as well as network diagrams?

What you will be doing
• Design integrated networks for customers as part of project and solution teams
• Produce and maintain HLDs, LLDs, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Build high availability, redundancy, and robust disaster recovery into every design
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, customers, and external suppliers
• Monitor and assess production networks and infrastructure
• Perform hardware and firmware upgrades across customer sites
• Conduct root cause analysis and monitor network performance trends
• Identify and apply security enhancements across internal and customer networks
What do we need from you?
• Strong knowledge of IPv4, DHCP, DNS, switching, firewalls, WAN, monitoring & packet capture tools
• Cisco or Fortinet accreditation (CCNA / CCDA / CCNP / Fortinet NSE)
• Desirable: experience with Zscaler; warehouse/multi‑vendor network environments (e.g., Savoye, Geek+, Spacemaker)
• Confident presenter with strong attention to detail
• Able to work at customer sites when required
