Your Role as a Business Development Consultant
As a key member of our new team, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy:
Lead Generation & Business Development – Identify and win new business opportunities with a proactive approach.
Client Relationship Management – Conduct meetings, negotiate terms, and offer consultative recruitment solutions.
Strategic Account Growth – Nurture relationships with key clients and work towards PSL agreements.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Delivery – Partner with our delivery team to ensure quality placements and client satisfaction.
