Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused New Business Enquiry Coordinator to join our team in Rossington. This role is pivotal in shaping the early stages of the customer journey, ensuring that all inbound enquiries are handled with efficiency, professionalism, and care. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will deliver outstanding initial experiences while seamlessly directing enquiries to the appropriate sales team members using CRM and enquiry automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Inbound Enquiry Management
* Handle a wide range of new business enquiries across multiple channels.
* Ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly and accurately.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service at the first point of contact.
* Customer Experience Excellence
* Deliver a welcoming, helpful, and professional experience to all prospective customers.
* Represent the brand with warmth and clarity, setting the tone for future interactions.
* Sales Team Coordination
* Triage enquiries to the correct sales personnel based on type, urgency, and relevance.
* Use CRM systems and automation tools to streamline enquiry handling and tracking.
* Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handovers and follow-ups.
* Process Improvement & Reporting
* Identify recurring enquiry patterns and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records and generate reports on enquiry volumes and response times.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with CRM systems and customer service tools.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
* Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination is a plus.
