New Business Manager (Craft Beer – On Trade)
London & Field-Based
£45,000 – £50,000 base salary + up to 20% bonus
I’m looking for a dynamic, commercially driven new business specialist to join an independent craft brewery with big ambitions and a strong reputation in the UK beer scene.
This is a senior-level role focused on winning new On-Trade accounts and activating the brand across pubs, bars, and venues in London
You’ll be joining a fast-growing team that puts quality, culture, and community at the heart of everything they do. With award-winning beers, a standout team, and exciting growth plans, this is the perfect opportunity to make your mark and help bring great beer to even more people
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, open, and grow new On Trade accounts across London
Develop strategic business plans with key customers
Deliver standout activations to drive rate of sale
Collaborate with Account Managers & Brand Ambassadors
Track performance and work to clear KPIs and targets
Represent the brand with pride, energy, and professionalism
About You:
Proven track record in On Trade sales and business development
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Existing relationships with UK On Trade decision makers
Confident presenter and skilled communicator
Strategic mindset with a passion for premium products
Self-starter who thrives on achieving and exceeding targets
