Job Description

As a dedicated member of our SIPP administration team you will undertake day-to-day administration work processing requests with vigilance and caution whilst going the extra mile. You will support our client and adviser needs with the highest professional standards and ensure all aspects of the role are met by following our brand and company guidelines. This role involves dealing with various internal teams and departments but also with external entities such as financial advisers and investment providers on a regular basis. As a member of the team, you will be expected to: * Day to day administration of SIPPs * Process new business applications through to completion * Complete transfers in and investment applications * Process payments to investment providers and financial advisers * Process investment withdrawals for payments on time * Complete general servicing processes such as LOAs, FSCS claims, DSARs, change of agency or contact details * Have timely communication with the advisers and members to notify them of any issues with the member's request * Ensure all requests are tracked till completion * Being involved in projects within the administration department * Other than new business, at times administer other aspects of SIPP and SSAS workload including SIPPs holding portfolios of properties * Build relationships with our advisers and clients and deliver exceptional communication and service * Share knowledge and support less experienced members of the team * Ensuring full compliance with the Service Level Agreements * Improve and/or maintain Quality Assurance across all areas of your work * Embed risk management in all aspects of your work * Ability to resolve complaints effectively Skills Required: Strong SIPP knowledge and experience Contribute effectively to our wider business success within the group Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure Confident with the ability to ask questions Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel Fluent and positive written and verbal communication outcome with internal as well as external entities Excellent numerical and customer services skills Understand SIPP rules and be able to perform drawdown calculations, bereavement benefit calculations and divorce calculations Be able to understand investment transactions including identifying non-standard investments Aptitude to learn and adapt new skills, processes, systems and tasks Understand pension rules and be able to perform drawdown calculations, bereavement benefit calculations and divorce calculations Be able to understand investment transactions including identifying non-standard investments Aptitude to learn and adapt new skills, processes, systems and tasks Benefits: Holiday entitlement: 25 paid holidays plus bank holidays Hybrid working: considered after six months' successful probation, on a rota of 3 days in and 2 days at home Private Medical Insurance: after six months' probation Group Life Insurance: after six months' probation Pension: auto enrolled after three months Study Support: support for employees who want to study towards financial qualifications with either fully or part funded and paid study leave Social Event: Christmas party Hours of work: your hours of work will be 35 hours per week, on Mondays to Fridays inclusive.
