This is a terrific opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated New Business Sales Executive to get stuck in and drive the sales of Award-Winning Sliding Door Systems to Builders, Building Contractors and Property Developers across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPER – CONSTRUCTION FIELD SALES
LOCATION: Kent office one day a week. This is a field-based New Business Sales role covering Kent, Sussex, Surrey. You may be searching for Field Sales jobs in Maidstone, Tonbridge, West Malling, Kent.
You will have a full clean driving licence.
SALARY: up to £20K basic, realistic OTE £50K-£60K, uncapped commission, mileage allowance, expenses, plus benefits, training & pension.
HOURS: Permanent, full time. Monday-Friday.
As a Field Sales Consultant, your primary objective will be to drive forward the company’s growth, managing your own time and sales territory, actively seeking out new business opportunities on construction sites, engaging with builders, whilst maintaining and developing existing client relationships with construction companies across Kent, Surrey & Sussex.
As a New Business Developer, with a proven sales track record, you will be able to hit the ground running, be self-motivated and ambitious, with 1–2 years of experience in a proactive business-to-business sales role within the building/ construction industry.
You will be a financially-driven Field Sales Representative, confident in lead generation, sales techniques, objection handling, and closing deals. With excellent customer facing communication skills and a genuine passion for the building / construction industry.
Your current / previous roles may include Field Sales Surveyor, Commission only Sales Executive, Field Sales Consultant, Freelance Salesperson, Sales Development Executive, Account Development Manager, Lead Generator, Sales Consultant, Construction Sales Executive, Territory Sales Manager, Area Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Area Technical Sales Engineer, Field Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager, Territory Field Sales Manager, Field Sales Representative, Technical Sales Executive, Territory Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Development Manager, Construction Sales Executive or similar.
