Job Title: New Car Sales Manager

Salary: £40,000 basic | £61,000 OTE | Company Car
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (day off in week) | Saturdays 9am–5pm (1 Saturday off in 3)
Sales Manager Role
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious New Car Sales Manager to lead and inspire a successful sales team. This is a senior-level opportunity offering excellent earning potential, a company car, and the chance to make a real impact within a respected dealership group.
In this instance, we are specifically seeking someone who is already working in a Sales Manager role and has a proven track record of delivering consistent results. Applications from candidates with fragmented career histories or without direct managerial experience will not be considered.
Sales Manager Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed performance targets.
Drive sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective strategy.
Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements where required.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, FCA regulations, and dealership processes.
Build strong customer relationships and promote long-term retention.
Contribute to senior management decisions with a commercially focused mindset.
About You
Currently working as a successful Sales Manager within the motor trade.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and challenge a team.
High level of intelligence with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently without micromanagement.
Entrepreneurial flair and the ability to think outside the box to maximise performance.
Proven track record of delivering results in a competitive retail environment.
Full UK driving licence essential.
