Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE up to £55,000 in your first year) + Benefits

We're recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor to work across static developments between Sittingbourne and Canterbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected housebuilder, with excellent earning potential, career progression, and ongoing training.

New Homes Sales Advisor Responsibilities

Selling new build homes from beautifully presented marketing suites and show homes.
Conducting development and show home tours for prospective purchasers.
Managing enquiries from telephone, online, and walk-in customers.
Guiding buyers through the sales journey from initial enquiry through to exchange.
Delivering exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with purchasers.
Working closely with the wider sales and site teams to achieve sales targets.Requirements

Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
Flexibility to work weekends.What's on Offer?
