New Homes Sales Advisor – 5★ National Housebuilder
Locations: Dennyloanhead, Stirling, Bo’ness, and East Lothian
Salary: £25,000 basic + bonus & commission (OTE £55,000)
Hours: Thursday to Monday, 11am – 6pm

Due to continued success and growth, we’re looking for driven New Homes Sales Advisors to join our team across our developments in Dennyloanhead, Stirling, Bo’ness, and East Lothian.

Welcoming and guiding customers through the new homes buying journey

Building rapport and understanding buyer needs to match them with the right home

Managing the full sales process — from initial enquiry to handover

Maintaining show homes and marketing suites to the highest standards

Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and site teams to ensure a smooth completion process
👤 About you
*
Experience in new homes sales, estate agency is highly desirable
*
A confident communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
*
Highly organised, target-driven, and self-motivated
*
Flexibility to travel between nearby developments as required
