🌟 2 New Homes Sales Advisors needed for a reputable private developer in South Wales 🌟
🎯 Role 1: Site-based position at a stunning development in Abergavenny.
🎯 Role 2: Roaming Sales Advisor covering all developments in South Wales.
You don't need to have a property sales background, but a strong sales record is a must. Ideal candidates will be sales-focused, able to work alone, and skilled at organising their own diaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- ✔️ Report on build progress, competitors and contracts.
- ✔️ Reserve new homes.
- ✔️ Communicate effectively with customers, financial brokers, solicitors, and estate agents.
- ✔️ Demonstrate enthusiasm for property and have good knowledge of the local area.
Perks:
💷 £27,500 salary
💷 Commission on plot sales (£500 per sale)
💷 2% commission on finishing touches sales
💷 £500 quarterly bonus
⛽ Allowance for fuel to work and back
Hours: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday to Monday.
1 in 6 weekends to be taken from holiday allowance.
