Each site has its own individual story depending on the history of the land, and these narratives runs though the exceptional new homes they build. Due to organic growth and plenty of new sites secured this independent developer are now hiring an additional Sales Executive. The first site you will be advising and selling on is based in Church Fenton. When the plots on that site have all been sold, you will move onto another site.   What's in it for you £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary depending on experience Generous bonus structure based on plot sales Thursday - Monday, 10:00 – 17:00 24 days annual leave PLUS bank hols Additional time off between Christmas and New Year Regular team socials and events Free parking at the office and on site Stunning modern offices and show homes to work from An employer who understands the needs for flexibility  What you will be doing As a site based Sales Executives you will play a pivotal role in entire customer journey. You will be involved in the build and sales process where your new homes sales experience will be really leaned upon, from the legal and financial processes to interpreting engineering drawings and cross-selling extras, and of course closing on the sale of a plot! Acting as the sole point of contact for the customer, you will thrive in a collaborative environment, adeptly managing multiple responsibilities and relishing a fast-paced, ever-changing role. Work collaboratively with the Sales Administrator to drive reservations through to exchange, consistently meeting contract deadlines. Provide comprehensive and accurate information to potential customers, ensuring all customers can make a well-informed decision regarding their purchase. Thoroughly assess and address customer needs. Maintain regular contact with customers, offering bespoke support and progress updates. Carry out monthly competitor market research, sharing findings with the Head of Sales and making strategic marketing recommendations. Ensure show homes, sales areas and marketing suites are maintained to the highest quality standards. Negotiate effectively to create a win-win scenario for the client and business.  What you will have Recent experience working within New Homes is essential A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential A basic understanding of the new homes build schedule A highly organised approach to tasks A solutions focused mind set and way of working The confidence and ability to close and up sell
