The New Product Developer will play a crucial role within the business, focusing on creating innovative products and managing the development process from concept to launch. This permanent position offers an opportunity to collaborate both within the NPD team, and cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to deliver high-quality results.

The client is looking for Product Development professionals who are passionate about innovation, from concept to launch, within the food industry.
Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and develop new products from concept to launch.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and gaps in the FMCG market.
Develop and refine product formulations to meet quality and safety standards.
Work closely with suppliers to source ingredients and materials aligned with product specifications.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards throughout the product development process.
Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and reports to ensure successful delivery.
Provide technical support to the production team during product trials and initial manufacturing runs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies within Engineering & Manufacturing.Profile
A successful New Product Developer should have:
A degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in product development within the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of quality and safety standards within Engineering & Manufacturing.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
