Role: New Product Developer Industry Leader in Sensory Provision | Full-Time | Onsite We're seeking a creative and motivated New Product Developer to join a fast-paced, collaborative development team within a market-leading company in the sensory products sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a degree-level graduate with 1+ years of industry experience (or a standout recent graduate) who thrives on designing innovative, market-ready products. You'll play a key role in the full product lifecycle - from concept and prototyping to production - with a strong focus on both technical execution and market relevance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage new product ideas from concept to completion. Research market trends and identify emerging opportunities. Create detailed product specs, CAD models (SolidWorks), and production files (DXFs). Collaborate across teams to harness internal creativity and insight. Liaise with suppliers to build and maintain effective working relationships. Ensure feasibility of designs, including capital cost calculations. Provide product support using tools like Spiceworks. Produce graphics and product videos using Adobe Premiere.Key Skills & Experience: Solid understanding of design for manufacturing and various manufacturing techniques. Proficient in SolidWorks and CAD software. Experience with embedded electronics is a strong plus. Strong analytical skills and trend awareness. Technically minded, highly creative, and eager to learn. Confident troubleshooting and maintaining accurate project documentation.ACS are recruiting for a New Product Developer.
