Permanent & Interim Position Available
Specialist Vehicle Manufacturer
A background in manufacturing is essential
Day Rate: £295 inside IR35
Hours: Monday – Thursday 07.30 – 16.30 & Friday 07.30 – 12.30
Location: Bristol on-site

Our client, a specialist vehicle manufacturer, is seeking an experienced New Product Development Project Manager to lead and drive the successful delivery of new products within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Role:
* Lead and drive the successful delivery of new products from concept through to launch within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of new product development projects
* Ensure strong supplier and partner relationships to support development and scaling efforts.
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the NPD process.
* Develop comprehensive project plans with defined milestones, budgets, timelines, and resources.
* Will manage up to 4-6 short term projects (9-12 months)
The Successful Individual:
* Will be a confident and effective leader who can drive forward projects.
* Will have experience in a manufacturing background.
* Will have experience managing multiple short projects (9-12 months).
* Will be organised, analytical and an effective and clear communicator.
* Will be confident leading projects in a fast paced environment.
* Will have a strong understanding of the NPD lifecycle, from ideation to production launch.
* Will be confident and experienced with the processes of project management.
