A leading consultancy-based organisation based in London is currently looking to add a specialist testing capability to their team. We are looking to recruit a Non-Functional Test Lead, you will lead and manage non-functional testing (NFT) initiatives across complex, multi-supplier environments, ensuring system performance, operational readiness, and stakeholder alignment
Responsibilities
Leverage 12+ years of IT experience to drive testing excellence.
Develop and implement Non-Functional Test (NFT) strategies tailored to enterprise systems.
Lead Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) to validate system readiness for production.
Conduct and oversee performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability.
Collaborate effectively in multi-supplier environments and manage cross-functional dependencies.
Engage in stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
Work closely with IT Operations teams to ensure seamless integration and support readinessBefore You Apply
